Sullymar Camacho, GTM Engineer
Sullymar Camacho is a GTM engineer. She designs and runs the outbound system on every engagement herself, from the first ICP conversation to the meeting on your calendar.

What GTM engineering means here
GTM engineering is the build-and-run work behind outbound: deciding who to reach and why now, assembling and verifying the data, wiring it into a CRM, writing the messages, and handling what comes back. Sullymar does each of those steps herself on every engagement.
That means defining the ICP with you, building and enriching target lists in Clay and Apollo, verifying contacts, setting up or cleaning your CRM, setting up secondary sending domains in your name, writing and reviewing each sequence herself, and answering replies and booking meetings.
There is no hand-off to a junior team. The person on your kickoff call is the person doing the work, and the person you email when something needs to change.
Her background is in coordinating work across geographically separated teams, and it shows in how engagements run: written definitions, clear owners, and follow-through until each item is closed out.
What I do every week
- Pull new signals into Clay and refresh each client’s target list.
- Verify new contacts and remove bounced, stale, or duplicate records.
- Read and answer every reply myself.
- Book, confirm, and reschedule meetings, and follow up on no-shows.
- Keep each CRM current: touches, replies, meetings, and next steps.
- Check sending health on each client’s secondary domains and adjust volumes.
- Rewrite sequence steps that aren’t landing and send the changes for approval.
- Send each client a weekly scorecard and hold a short review call.
Working principles
Samples, not claims
Anything on this site that looks like results is labeled as a sample with fictional data. Real results will be shared only with permission and only when they exist.
You own everything
Lists, CRM records, sending domains, and tool accounts are in your name and stay with you if you leave.
Nothing sends unreviewed
You approve every sequence before launch and every material change after.
Client data stays in client-owned accounts
Prospect lists, CRM records, sending domains, and tool accounts are set up in your name. Sullymar works inside them with access you grant, and you can remove that access at any time.
For defense suppliers, outbound runs in separate accounts outside your CMMC boundary and uses only public-release information; Sullymar has no access to CUI or export-controlled data, and an NDA is available.
Other work
Fidelis Multi-Service Group, LLC
Supported go-to-market setup, including defining target customer segments, organizing prospect lists, and coordinating customer scheduling.
Adaptive Behavior Analytics Systems, LLC
Sullymar’s own pre-launch digital-health venture. She is building the go-to-market plan for a pediatric digital-health platform for home-based autism early intervention: defining target clinic and payer segments, researching the ABA therapy market, and preparing partner and grant outreach materials.
Capacity, replies, and conflicts
This is a one-person, part-time service. The card here sets out capacity, reply times, and how conflicts are handled. Contract terms are in the Terms.
Capacity and conflicts
- One person, part-time, with a limited number of clients at once.
- Replies from prospects, and messages from you, are answered within one business day.
- Sullymar won’t run outbound for two direct competitors in the same niche and region at the same time without both clients agreeing in writing.
