Plans

Pricing & billing

Setup month

$1,500 paid upfront

ICP definition, list building and verification, CRM setup, and sequence preparation and launch.

Ongoing: one ICP

$1,000 per month

One ideal customer profile: staffing, or defense/manufacturing.

Ongoing: both ICPs

$1,500 per month

Both ICPs, or one ICP with a heavier list refresh.

Terms

  • The $1,500 setup fee is paid upfront at the signed start date. Monthly billing starts on day 31 after the signed start date and is billed monthly in advance, Net 0: payment is due when the invoice is issued.
  • Month-to-month; cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. The 30-day notice applies from the signed start date, including during the setup month.
  • Tool costs (for example Clay, Apollo, Google Workspace inboxes, and secondary domains) are billed separately at cost, with no markup, and are estimated in writing before the start.
  • If there are zero qualified meetings in the first 60 days after the first campaign send, Sullymar and you hold a joint review at day 60 to decide what changes or whether to continue.

Setup fee refunds

  • If you cancel before the first campaign send, half the setup fee ($750) is refunded within 14 days of your notice.
  • If the first campaign hasn’t sent within 30 days of the signed start date because of us, the full $1,500 setup fee is refunded within 14 days. “Because of us” means a delay on Sullymar’s side; days spent waiting on your approvals, access, or information don’t count toward the 30 days.
Break-even calculator

Do the math with your own numbers

For a staffing firm, use the gross profit on a typical placement or contract. For a manufacturer, use the gross profit on a typical first order. Enter your close rate on qualified meetings and the number of meetings per month you want to test.

The calculator shows how many qualified meetings a month would cover the plan, and how long it would take to recover the setup fee at the numbers you enter.

Enter your own four numbers to see the math. Nothing is pre-filled, and nothing is sent anywhere; it runs in your browser.

This is arithmetic on numbers you enter, not a forecast or a promise of meetings. Setup is $1,500 paid upfront; the calculator assumes the monthly fee from the plan you choose and does not include your tool costs, which are billed separately at cost.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee meetings?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee meetings. The commitment is the process on this site. If there are zero qualified meetings in the first 60 days after the first campaign send, Sullymar and you hold a joint review at day 60 to decide what changes or whether to continue.

How do I cancel?

Engagements are month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice; this applies from the signed start date, including during the setup month.

How does billing work?

The $1,500 setup fee is paid upfront at the signed start date. Monthly billing starts on day 31 after the signed start date and is billed monthly in advance, Net 0: payment is due when the invoice is issued.

Who do I sign with, and who invoices?

See the Terms for the contracting entity.

Who does the work?

Sullymar Camacho does the work herself: targeting, list building, CRM setup, sequence writing, reply handling, and scheduling.

What do the tools cost?

Tool costs (for example Clay, Apollo, Google Workspace inboxes, and secondary domains) are billed separately at cost, with no markup, and are estimated in writing before the start.

How are emails sent, and how do opt-outs work?

Emails go out under your company’s name, from a named sender at your company, on secondary domains you own. Every email includes your postal address and a working opt-out, and opt-outs are honored promptly (CAN-SPAM requires within 10 business days). Email only: no cold calls or texts.

How fast are replies handled?

Replies from prospects, and messages from you, are answered within one business day.

Do you work with my competitors?

Not at the same time without consent. Sullymar won’t run outbound for two direct competitors in the same niche and region at the same time without both clients agreeing in writing.

When does outreach start?

The plan is to send the first campaign by the end of the setup month.

Who owns the data?

You do. Lists, CRM records, sending domains, and tool accounts are in your name and stay with you if you leave. When an engagement ends, you remove Sullymar’s access and she deletes any copies of your data she holds.

Can I get the setup fee back?

If you cancel before the first campaign send, half the setup fee ($750) is refunded within 14 days of your notice. If the first campaign hasn’t sent within 30 days of the signed start date because of us, the full $1,500 setup fee is refunded within 14 days. “Because of us” means a delay on Sullymar’s side; days spent waiting on your approvals, access, or information don’t count toward the 30 days.

What’s the difference between the $1,000 and $1,500 plans?

$1,000/month covers one ICP. $1,500/month covers both ICPs, or one ICP with a heavier list refresh (for example several staffing desks or several target sectors).
